William Wagener has a Bachelor of Environmental Science. U.W. Green Bay 1972. He is a Vietnam Veteran who erved from 1967-69 and was wounded and disabled. William is the only journalist who attended every day of the Michael Jackson trial and saw it all, and predicted by the 3rd week Michael Jackson would be found not guilty. Though the trial dragged on from January 30th to June 13th, 2005 when the mostly white and elderly Jury found Jackson not guilty on all 10 felony counts and 4 lesser misdemeeanor charges, leaving the arrogant District Attorney Thomas Snedden humiliated and left with few friendss, costing the county of S.B. millions and in debt for years.

Also William is tthe only journalist to openly confront a federal judge in Orange County in his 'OPEN' court for not allowing video camera's of a highly corrupt home stealing case.
