Gary Zerman was born Sep 1, 1952, in/Columbus, Ohio. Gary grew up in Sarasota, Florida, and graduated from Sarasota High School 1970.

Gary served in the United States Air Force 1971-1974; Security Police Specialist, 14-month tour in Vietnam/Thailand. Gary went to Manatee Junior College where he rcivd his AA degree. He went to the University of West Florida, Pensacola, FL, where he receivd his BS degree in Business Management 1977. Gary also went to the Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, CA: where he recived his Juris Doctorate degree 1983. Gary is a Member of California and Arizona State Bars, and Member Central, Eastern & Northern Federal District Courts & 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and a Member U.S. Tax Court.

Most of Gary's career spent in Insurance Defense litigation and trial work, including representingmajor motor vehicle manufacturers in product liability cases, government tort liability and construction liability cases.

In later years Gary spent in plaintiff's legal malpractice and legal/judicial/governmental reform. Gary wrote several papers on the subjects of Conflicts of Interest & the Doctrine of Judicial Immunity.

Gary also was Deputy City Attorney for the City of Hawthorne, CA.  He Primarily conducted criminal trial calendars, conducted criminal case pre-trial dispositions and conducted several misdemeanor criminal trials.

Gart is Founding member & co-author of J.A.I.L.4Judges (Judicial Accountability Initiative Law) Ballot Initiative to curtail the Doctrine of Absolute Judicial Immunity.

Gary was Legal Counsel and Media Representative for South Dakota Amendment E Ballot Imitative (2006) tolimit judicial Immunity.

Co-counsel for Citizens for Fair Representation in federal court case in Easter District-CAL to stop vote dilution and increase representation, to return California (the state with the worst representation) back to a Representative Republic from its present state of Oligarchy. Gary conducted over 50 arbitrations, 25 trials and 15 appeals.

Gary also appeared on several legal panel discussions, radio shows and television, including CNN.
